ClockTiles Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

ClockTiles ("the app") is developed by The Neural Contract Company Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and, just as importantly, what it does not.

Summary

ClockTiles does not require an account, does not collect your name, location, contacts, or any other personal information, and does not use advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Almost everything the app does happens entirely on your device.

What stays on your device

Your game progress, statistics, and diagnostic logs (used to help us tune the puzzle and bot difficulty) are stored locally on your device only. None of this is transmitted automatically to us or to any third party.

What you can choose to share

The app includes an optional feature that lets you export your own local diagnostic data (for example, by long-pressing the bot score line on a round-summary screen). This opens the standard iOS share sheet, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you actively choose a destination yourself — for example, emailing it to us to help us improve puzzle difficulty. We only receive this data if you decide to send it to us.

In-app purchases

ClockTiles offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (for the Bots game mode) processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit. Your payment details are handled by Apple and are never seen or stored by us — see Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles that information. We only receive confirmation of whether a subscription is active, so the app can unlock the relevant features.

Children's privacy

ClockTiles does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information from any user.
